Check that the delivery data that you provided while registering are correct. In case you wish the delivery to be made in a different address or to a different person other than yourself, correct it. In case you need an invoice, please tick the "Do you need an invoice?" question and introduce all your data in case the address where you wish to receive the invoice is different from the delivery address. If the address is the same, just click on "use shipping details"

In case you want to return a product, you have 30 days from the delivery date. Contact our helpline (+34 91 591 91 92) and we will pick up the product where delivered. It is mandatory to show your purchase receipt as well as the document enclosed with it. You must return the unwanted items in their original condition. Delivery charges are not refund.
